Executive Position
We all share the responsibility to be alert to the risks of slavery and human trafficking, an unfortunately hidden blight on our global society. Redis staff are required to report concerns, and management is expected to act upon them.
Our Organizational Structure
Redis EMEA Ltd., with its primary office in the UK, along with Redis Inc., with offices in the United States, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Redis Ltd. with its principal office in Israel. The group is privately held.
Our Business
We are a provider of the Redis Enterprise NoSQL software, available as a service in public and private clouds, as downloadable software, in containers, and for hybrid cloud/on-premises deployments. Our offerings include the provision of related professional and consulting services.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain includes the sourcing of technological equipment, cloud services, and related support services.
Our Policies On Slavery And Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business. Our Anti-slavery policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chain.
Due Diligence Processes For Slavery And Human Trafficking
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk:
- We manage our premises to ensure optimum control of the work environment;
- We build long-standing relationships with suppliers and service providers and make clear our expectations of business behavior;
- With regards to national or international supply chain, our point contact is preferable with a local company or branch, and we expect these entities to have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes;
- We have in place systems to encourage the reporting of concerns and the protection of whistleblowers.
Supplier Adherence To Our Values
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values and our Supplier Code of Conduct and Ethics. Area and Department Managers are responsible for compliance in their respective departments and for their supplier relationships.
Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff. Our Board of Directors have been briefed on the subject, with our latest briefing to our Board of Directors taking place in Q4, FY’23.
Our Effectiveness In Combating Slavery And Human Trafficking
We use the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chain:
- Audits by Regional Managers and Area Managers;
- Use of labor monitoring processes; and
- Level of communication and personal contact with the next link in the supply chain and their understanding of, and compliance with, our expectations, including our Supplier Code of Conduct and Ethics.
This statement is made pursuant to the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the current year.
